Just as life got hard, when I needed you to hold my hand,

You boarded the plane; no second thought,

You had a work to fulfill.
Lent your hand to someone new,
So that they, too, could come along.
You’re the courageous one.
You left,
You left everything behind
To serve the lord.
With my chin up, I bravely
Let you go.
They needed it more.
Needed the light,
Strength,
Courage,
The Love.
They needed you.
Remember the smile on my face
For I know that
